PROCESSING

​Please allow up to one week for the fulfillment of your 'ready to ship' pieces and up to three weeks for the fulfillment of your 'made to order' and 'made to size' pieces. I usually do ship and create customs in less time. 

​Please know that while I do my absolute best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, I am a one woman show and do sometimes need the full communicated time frame.

​SHIPPING 

I ship via USPS. Flat rate First Class shipping is included with your purchase. If you would like Priority shipping, you will need to add this option to your shopping cart. Please contact me here and note Priority shipping in the comments box and verify your shipping address.  

First Class: Delivered within 3-5 business days; insurance included.

Priority: Delivered within 1-3 business days​. Priority shipping is an additional cost- see above.  

All shipments include USPS tracking. The moment I generate a shipping label this number will be emailed to the email address the buyer has provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

It is the buyer's responsibility to track the order. Once the package is handed over to USPS, the package becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Heart Rock Life LLC does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Should your package go missing in transit, get stolen, or arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim.

No refunds/replacements are issued for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

International customers are responsible for the payment of any customs, duties or taxes required by the buyers country. I currently only ship within the US.
